Description du Poste                                                                                                     

The CRC serves as the primary point of contact that will maintain and expand the relationships with Chinese customers. CRC is the owner of the customer care, possessing a passion for customers and an intimate understanding of customers' needs and requirements. CRC support the customer by facilitating internal and external collaboration to assist customers to solve the problems they have. The CRC also manages relationships internally to ensure the delivery of commitment to dealer. The CRC enables clear communication and foster a dealer-wide culture of teamwork, serving as the point of contact between customers and dealer various departments.

Customer satisfaction & Sales development :

- Manage and maintain relationships with Chinese customers, developing deep understanding of their concerns, requirements and processes.
- Continuously promote and inform customers of the dealer capacity and capabilites to better support their operations locally and at any level of their organisation.
- Must have a good understanding of Caterpillar and the dealer organization so as to affectively develop and communicate business opportunities and challenges.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and purchasing behaviors and use that intelligence to help the marketing department develop promotional strategies.
- Facilitate communication between various dealer departments and customers, serving as the main point of contact to align customer needs with dealer resources.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including sales, parts, service, rental in order to meet customers' expectations.
- Share customer insights with dealer internal departments and assist with internal departments to help the dealership achieve sales goals.
- Represent Dealer Parts and Service Departments in a sales capacity to promote and sell parts products, Dealer services, and Product Support solutions as directed and managed by the Sales Manager.
